Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff has left the U.S territory without paying for V.I.P presidential Limousine services provided in San Francisco.

Brazil's Rousseff comes to the United States for a diplomatic visit and head back home without paying for V.I.P Presidential Limousine services provided in San Francisco during her stayed, carrying a final unpaid bill estimate over $ 100.000,00 dollars.


After three months, the Brazilian Itamaraty's executive members still evading the event with excuses not to pay the debt due to California's NS Highfly Limousine transportation company located in San Francisco, owned by Eduardo Marciano, on which was hired priory by Brazil's consulate located in San Francisco to provide presidential V.I.P transportation during Rousseff's agenda in the United States from June 16th,2015 throughout July 2nd, 2015.
 

More than 30 NS Highfly Limousine's employees have worked on this short presidential notice to the United States of America, included a full time personalized drivers, telephone operators and a V.I.P secretary to performed a presidential package, on which were used a total of 25 NS Highfly's vehicles, among then, 2 buses to transport Brazil's associate press staff, a chest truck to carried out all staff's baggage and belongings, and a total of 3 Sprinter SUV vans to transport all Rousseff's ministers and other officials, and the other 19 cars were V.I.P limousines to transport Rousseff's daughter, personal secretary, Brazilian federal police, Brazilian Army and Navy personnel to escort Rousseff's, included her own Ambassador.

"The presidential Limousine service was provided in full based on the initial agreement, but now the Brazilian Consulate under Dilma Rousseff administration claimed that hasn't any money available to pay for my company's services".

The total of such service exceeds a sum of $ 100,000.00 dollars, and it has been almost 3 months since Rousseff's have visited to the U.S territory and have not paid yet a single cent since then. I've been in the consulate located here in San Francisco to try to collected for my company's services fees several times, and they told me " We don't have the money to pay you, and in other hand the Brazilian president is traveling overseas and spending more than it has in the government coffers.

The latest now from Brazil's consulate located in San Francisco, is that they have the money, but they cannot deliver it because they are waiting for some presidential permission, and or perhaps from Rousseff's Foreign Ministry located in Brazil to pay my company's due bill, said Eduardo Marciano.
 

That explains exactly Brazil's actual dysfunctional government, specially with this growing and growing corruption scandal probe under Rousseff's administration, a real lack of respect and honesty, specially when a "President" comes from overseas straight to the U.S, on which is completely different from Brazil's actual manipulated Justice system.

If a Communist Rousseff has no money to rent for V.I.P Presidential Limousine services, she's should most definitely go out in search for a cheapest taxi fares, and or perhaps a city's public air conditioned  bus transportation, because as far I can remembered my company does not have to carry anyone for free, specially a president who hasn't demonstrated so far a single trace of credibility to even been recognized as Brazil's head executive.

I am in the hopes to send my message out in attention to someone, who really cares, competent and responsible within Brazil's Itamaraty executive branch, because as for Rousseff's, she's has already gained a reputation of being a plain liar and right now has also a reputation of being a feckless deadbeat communist, who came to my country and have used my company's limousine services and at the ended refused to pay me, said Eduardo Marciano.
